Organization Chair

14/hrs per week | $15.15/per hour

The Organization Chair is the leader and main point of accountability for the organization. They oversee all programs, ensuring alignment with the mission and smooth operations across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic planning for all programs and initiatives.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of all part-time staff.

  • Lead the planning and execution of major events like Neurodivergence Acceptance Month and Disability Pride Week.

  • Ensure alignment of all programs with NeuroPride’s mission and values.

  • Facilitate communication across teams to maintain consistency and quality in programming.

  • Hold regular office hours every week.

Financial Coordinator

13/hrs per week | $15.15/per hour

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization’s budget and ensuring the financial sustainability of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee budgets for all programs.

  • Track program expenditures and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Process reimbursements and manage procurement for program needs (e.g., tools, materials for events).

  • Prepare financial reports for ASM and staff as needed.

  • Hold weekly meetings with ASM staff to ensure compliance and coordinate financial planning.

  • Collaborate with the Organization Chair on the annual GSSF eligibility application and presentation to secure funding for the organization.

  • Hold regular office hours every week.

Community Coordinator

13/hrs per week | $15.15/per hour

The Community Coordinator is responsible for fostering a supportive and inclusive environment through social events and community-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social events like craft nights, game nights, and open mics.

  • Facilitate community-building activities during Disability Pride Week and Neurodivergence Acceptance Month.

  • Organize and hold monthly member meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and build community connections.

  • Gather feedback from participants to improve programming.

  • Collaborate with the Peer Mentorship and Peer Advocacy programs to enhance community support.

  • Act as a liaison for students to connect them with resources and programs.

  • Hold regular office hours every week.

NeuroPride Facilitators

10/hrs per week | $15.15/per hour

The NeuroPride Facilitators organize and lead Peer Advocacy, Peer Mentorship, and Peer to Peer Counseling programs. They also play a key role in fostering a supportive and empowering environment for neurodivergent students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and support Peer Advocates to provide emotional and logistical assistance to students.

  • Pair mentors and mentees for the Peer Mentorship program and oversee their progress.

  • Facilitate Peer to Peer Counseling sessions, creating safe spaces for neurodivergent students.

  • Facilitate Peer Mentorship meetings, providing structured guidance for mentors and mentees to ensure meaningful engagement.

  • Assist in organizing workshops and advocacy campaigns during Neurodivergence Acceptance Month and Advocacy Events.

  • Monitor and report on the impact of these programs to the Organization Chair.

  • Hold regular office hours every week.

Outreach & Marketing
Coordinator

12/hrs per week | $15.15/per hour

The Outreach & Marketing Coordinator ensures the visibility and engagement of NeuroPride’s programs through strategic communication and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for all programs, including Disability Pride Week, Advocacy Events, and Peer to Peer Counseling.

  • Manage social media accounts, email newsletters, and the organization’s website.

  • Draft and distribute a bi-monthly newsletter to keep members informed about upcoming events, programs, and advocacy efforts.

  • Design and distribute promotional materials for events and resources like the Access Tools Fund.

  • Engage with campus and community organizations to build collaborative opportunities.

  • Hold regular office hours every week.
